Organize and Focus Your Mind for a Fresh Start

Organize and Focus Your Mind for a Fresh Start

Do you feel like you are drowning in a wild ocean of emotions, not letting you think clearly and keeping you stuck in the same place of constant fear?

You are not the only one, there are many women out there feeling this just like you, and I am going to include myself in the group, because I too felt that at some point in my life. Being in a toxic and abusive mentally, physically and emotional relationship took the life out of me for 11 years out of the 16 that I was with him. The chaos inside my head was out of control, as I had a million thoughts running through my mind all day long, driving me up the wall. It was an absolute nightmare and I wanted to put an end to it, because all I wanted was to feel calmness in my mind, so I can make the decisions that I needed to make without doubting myself every minute.

I knew that the only way that could happen, was if I took the time to find out what I needed to do in order to silence the chaos in my mind and start putting back together the broken pieces of my heart and soul, so I can step out once and for all and be able to start a brand new beginning with my daughter. I know, you must be thinking, it is easier said then done, and honestly I use to think the same way, but now that I have been able to break through all those barriers, silence the mind, put together the broken pieces, have control of my life and be able to make decisions without doubting my every thought. I tell you that it is possible, as long as you are willing to show up for yourself every day, even if you don’t want to, even if you stop for days or weeks as long as you don’t stop and you keep going is all that matters from the point of decision to make the necessary mind shift changes, in order to have your mind and soul back in one place, cooperating without fear and taking life on with faith at all times.

So how can you go about silencing the chaos that has built up with time and pick up the pieces of your broken heart and soul, due to being in such toxic and abusive relationship?

There are many different ways, but I am going to share with you, what helped me as I was in the relationship and then after stepping out of the relationship. Prior to going into that, I want you to know, that in order for any of it to work, you must give yourself the time needed, because this process of breaking free, healing and rising from abuse does not happen over night, it happens with time given, and also it all depends on you and how much work you are willing to put into the uncomfortable work that needs to be done from the inside out. In order for your mind transformation and the healing of your heart and soul to actually get to the point of total freedom from your past, so you can move forward with confidence towards your present future and fulfill the purpose that God has for your life.

Through my research of learning what I needed to get done, I learned that in order to make sure that you acted upon the different things that needed to be done daily, was having what I say are a requirement from any person wanting to change anything in their life, and I like to call them the 2 C’s for a real chance at changing anything for yourself in any area of your life and they are: Commitment and Consistency – without this two first, there is no way that you can get yourself on the right track for actual change to happen. This is why this is very important, but is one of the hardest things for any person to stick to, because they think repetition is boring, when in reality is not, when you look at the results that you will get from being repetitive with good habits verses bad habits.

Now, lets talk about the 7 things that I did on a daily basis from the moment I said enough is enough and in my search of what I needed to do in order to move forward in life with my daughter for a much better chance at having a life that I was proud to have, and proud to be a role model to my daughter. This 7 things, you can do as well, in order to silence the chaos, give you energy, remove fear, stress, anxiety and overwhelm one day at a time, for a chance at a better, happier and healthier you and life for years to come, no matter what else happens along the way.

  1. Daily Time with God
  2. Daily Exercise
  3. Weekly Journaling
  4. Daily Reading
  5. Healthy Eating
  6. Drinking Water
  7. Daily Self Love & Affirmations

The above is a powerful combination, that will help you organize and focus your mind the more you do it. Giving you a higher chance at removing all the bad things from your life and incorporating all the good things for your life that is needed not only for you, but also for your children in order to step away from the past and walk into the future that God has in store for you. You see, if you don’t give yourself the chance to do the above on a daily basis with commitment and consistency, you will be either in the same place you currently are year after year making wrong decisions, feeling unhappy, unhealthy and unwilling to move forward feeling empty and incapable to change your life at all. God does not want that for you at all, so you should not want that for yourself at all. You should want, what God wants for you, and that is to see his daughter break free, heal and rise above this storm that is only passing by and is not here to stay. Why? because God who lives inside of you is much bigger then anything that is causing you not see further then your current mountains and doing the above 7 things daily will help you to activate the motivation, inspiration and dedication that you are asking God to give you, so you can be able to calm the mind and heal the heart and soul from months or years of abuse.

Sincerely,

Katherinn De Camillis

A happy heart is good medicine and a cheerful mind works healing, but a broken spirit dries up the bones.
